Cancellation, Returns, and Defective Products
Bikes & Mopeds:
Returns or exchanges for bikes are only accepted if there's a defect or damage before delivery.
Cancellation:
Personalized and tech products cannot be returned unless defective or due to our error.
Textile and Accessory Returns:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for return requests. Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags attached.
Defective Products:
Return defective products within 14 days for inspection. Tech products need validation by us or an authorized service center.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges incur a fee (15-150 AED). Refunds for card payments will have shipping costs deducted (15-150 AED). Cash on delivery orders will receive a coupon code valid for 15 days.
