Returns Process
Cancellation, Returns, and Defective Products
Electric bikes and trikes:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defects or damages identified upon delivery.
Order cancellation:
Personalized and tech products cannot be returned unless defective or due to an error on our part.
Clothing and accessory returns:
Submit return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
Defective products:
Defective items must be returned within 14 days for inspection. Tech products require validation by us or an authorized service center.
Refunds and product exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to a fee (AED 15 to 150). For card payment refunds, shipping costs (AED 15 to 150) will be deducted. Cash on delivery orders will receive a coupon code valid for 15 days.
