The Engwe M20 E-Bike is designed for riders who want the perfect blend of power, style, and convenience. Compact yet mighty, the M20 combines an agile frame with impressive performance — making it ideal for both city cruising and adventurous weekend rides.
Powered by a 750W brushless motor delivering 55 N·m of torque, this e-bike offers strong acceleration and reliable climbing power. With a top speed of 25 km/h (unlockable for higher performance) and a 6061 aluminum alloy frame, it ensures both stability and durability across all terrains.
Choose between two powerful configurations:
Battery (48V 13Ah) — Up to 55 km (34 miles) in full electric mode and 75 km (46 miles) with pedal assist.
The 20×4.0 inch fat tires provide superior grip and shock absorption on city streets, gravel, or sand. The 160 mm front and rear disc brakes ensure responsive stopping power, while the Shimano 7-speed transmission lets you easily adapt to changing road conditions.
With a payload capacity of 120 kg (264 lbs) and suitable for riders from 5.0 ft to 6.8 ft, the M20 delivers comfort and control for every journey. The LCD display keeps you updated on speed, distance, and battery level at all times.

Bikes & Mopeds:
Returns or exchanges for bikes are only accepted if there's a defect or damage before delivery.
Cancellation:
Personalized and tech products cannot be returned unless defective or due to our error.
Textile and Accessory Returns:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for return requests. Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags attached.
Defective Products:
Return defective products within 14 days for inspection. Tech products need validation by us or an authorized service center.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges incur a fee (15-150 AED). Refunds for card payments will have shipping costs deducted (15-150 AED). Cash on delivery orders will receive a coupon code valid for 15 days.

How does your shipping process work?
Jura Store Dubai delivers products to the address provided at the time of order. You can also specify an alternative address, such as your workplace or a friend's location.
