Returns Process
Cancellation, Returns, and Defective Products
Electric bikes and trikes:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defects or damages identified upon delivery.
Order cancellation:
Personalized and tech products cannot be returned unless defective or due to an error on our part.
Clothing and accessory returns:
Submit return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
Defective products:
Defective items must be returned within 14 days for inspection. Tech products require validation by us or an authorized service center.
Refunds and product exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to a fee (AED 15 to 150). For card payment refunds, shipping costs (AED 15 to 150) will be deducted. Cash on delivery orders will receive a coupon code valid for 15 days.

How can I return a product?

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging, including all provided accessories. Clothing must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all labels or tags attached.
