Returns Process
Cancellation, Returns, and Defective Products
Bikes & Mopeds:
Returns or exchanges for bikes are only accepted if there's a defect or damage before delivery.
Cancellation:
Personalized and tech products cannot be returned unless defective or due to our error.
Textile and Accessory Returns:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for return requests. Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and tags attached.
Defective Products:
Return defective products within 14 days for inspection. Tech products need validation by us or an authorized service center.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges incur a fee (15-150 AED). Refunds for card payments will have shipping costs deducted (15-150 AED). Cash on delivery orders will receive a coupon code valid for 15 days.

Jura Store Dubai delivers products to the address provided at the time of order. You can also specify an alternative address, such as your workplace or a friend's location. Clothing must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all labels or tags attached.
